How do usage rights add-ons work?
When you approve a final deliverable, you can select additional usage rights. The standard order includes organic usage. For paid ads or extended duration, you add the rights uplift at the point of approval. Rights terms are documented and attached to every deliverable.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately and you will be credited for the remaining days on your current plan. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
What happens if I exceed 10 live briefs on Starter?
You can purchase additional live brief slots at $20 each per month. Alternatively, upgrading to Growth gives you unlimited active briefs at a lower platform fee.
